Multi Gym Tytan 14 brings huge workout possibilities. It warrants a whole range of exercises involving each muscle part of our body.

Workouts involving muscles of legs and buttocks can be completed due to the leg press and the lower lift, using an ankle band. To involve the back muscles one can use the upper and lower pulley as well as the press arm (latissimus dorsi muscle), or the lower lift (erector spinae). The chest can be shaped due to the press arm and adjustable arms. The lower pulley and the adjustable arms are intended to train the shoulder muscles. The perfect training of biceps is ensured by the bottom lift and the preacher. For the triceps the upper pulley works well.

Easily adjustment arms and settings, and simple replacement of handles warrant a smooth workout.

Tytan 14 improves endurance and strengthens the whole body.
