UW05 HMS is a double grip intended for high or low pulley training. It is intended for training of back muscles, but it also serves well for exercise involving half of the barbell (with the other half rested on the floor).
The barbell bar fits perfectly into the centre of the grip, which means that you can easily perform bent over barbell rowing exercises using half of the barbell.
The grip’s triangle structure ensures correct positioning of the hand and enforces proper movement when exercising. Rough, steel handpiece ensures secure hold and prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand and at the same time it requires from us a stronger grip. It means we are working on the development of forearm muscles as well.
Relatively narrow spacing of the handpiece allows to maintain correct movement line when the elbow is led close to the body. Construction of top quality steel enables workout with big load.
Model UW05 provides for easy and effective development of back muscles which constitute one of the most important sections of the whole muscular system.
